The Case Of Endangered Elephants In The Sapo National Park

In March 2019, PADEV Field Extension staff working through conservation forest governance groups uncovered the decomposed carcasses of two (2) of four (4) elephants killed by a poacher in the Sapo National Park (SNP). With the support of the PADEV/FFI field team, the matter was reported to FDA and the poacher was prosecuted.
